Steph and the team are amazing! First time using precious paws and I called very last minute at around 0830 this morning and they squeezed our cocker spaniel in at around 0930! She also looks very incredible too! Thank you so much!

I took my Cocker Spaniel for a full groom today for the first time. Stephanie was welcoming, warm and very professional. She asked many questions about his health - past and present, skin condition and other relevant questions. I was very impressed by this attention to detail. I was given an update part way through to let me know how he was doing. That was lovely to receive. The end result was really good. Benji looked wonderful and smelled amazing. He was also very relaxed. That may be because he had had the optional relaxing blueberry facial massage 😊 Thank you Stephanie and your team.

The team works their magic from taking our dogs from homeless to runway ready. After the dogs spa day there, they come out happy and smelling lovely.

Steph and her team looked after my precious two cats impeccably! Fitted us in on a specific date and time, excellent communication before, during and after. Of course a fantastic job all in - despite the best efforts of one wriggly client! Can whole heartedly recommend 🥰
